Ryan Peters, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has diverse industry history with innovative market experience in enterprise software focused in the healthcare (i.e. Public and Private Payers) and cybersecurity segments. He has developed his background working among leading edge healthcare systems along with Oracle Corporation. Mr. Peters co-built a Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) start-up. He was responsible for developing the ACO's Information Technology operations capabilities that included a Population Health Management (PHM) platform. The business model exceeds several million in annual revenues, operating today successfully in a value-based world of care. Mr. Peters has advised nationally renowned healthcare organizations on effective population health management (PHM) and IT ecosystem strategies including: innovation feasibility studies, cybersecurity model optimization and program quality performance analysis to improve clients return on investments (ROI).  

In the public sector his experience includes being part of a Department of Defense (DOD) Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff annual IT program demonstration designed to showcase interoperable solutions for potential rapid technology insertion into programs of record, helping fill well identified capability gaps in the DOD's strategy to obtain information superiority for the Warfighter. Mr. Peters consulted on a direct access data federation appliance, allowing his client to obtain program sponsorship with the NATO partner, Canada Department of National Defense (DND). He delivered a cost savings database integration capability tied into Canada Defenses National Preparedness Plan for 2020.  

Mr. Peters was a member of the Michigan Healthcare Cybersecurity Council (MiHCC) and Co-Chairman of the MiHCC Training and Awareness Sub-Committee. Mr. Peters received his CHTS-IS Certification from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). He holds a Certificate in Case Management from the Practice Transformation Institute (PTI) and is Oracle University trained. 

Mr. Peters graduated from Hope College. While at Hope, he studied abroad at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro in Mexico. He received a B.A. in Business Administration and Spanish.

Ryan Rieck, Advisor of Hardware Engineering  has worked as an optical process engineer and design engineer for the past seven years.  He started in a high power laser optical component manufacturing facility as well as technology start-up giant Magic Leap.  He launched and designed devices from conception to production, ranging from low to high cost per unit production volume manufacturing (i.e. technology transfer manufacturing expertise).

Mr. Rieck’s core expertise encompasses a full suite of services from conception-to-production. His primary responsibilities included specifying the manufacturing process, acquisition and management of the engineering teams, qualifying OEM equipment implementation and partnerships, statistical process control and designing metrology equipment.  Most recently, he implemented and deployed upwards of $50M in revolutionary semi-conductor grade machines. Some projects included: machine vision, laser based metrology, laser based manufacturing, in-line quality inspections and prototype design.

Ryan received a B.S. and graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Justin R. Smith, Advisor of Supply Chain and Operations is an experienced 12 year Supply Chain professional specializing in Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, Commodity Market Trading, and Spend Analytics with extensive experience in roles varying from Buyer to Warehouse/Inventory Manager to Global Sourcing Manager. Mr. Smith has paved the way understanding and implementing strategic supply chain strategies, utilizing the latest supply chain tools and software platforms, and building successful supply chain organizations. 

Having spent the majority of his time in key industries such as consumer products, power utilities, and healthcare, Mr. Smith has developed the skill sets required to successfully drive improved data solutions, optimize procedures/develop plans, build organizations through measuring results, and adapting to current and future market conditions. 

Mr. Smith has earned certifications in procurement management, government contracting, and negotiations management. He has worked with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, and SAGE 100. Justin has run successful e-sourcing events and trained users on e-sourcing platforms such as Procuri and Emptoris. 

Mr. Smith received a bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
